Please accept his [Prime Minister Lee] best wishes for a successful event. The event: First Singapore Seminar on the International Criminal Court on 28 August 2004 at Asia-Europe Foundation, organized by Think Centre.
Think Centre posted invitations to the Prime Minster and the Senior Minster on 19 August 2004.
Think Centre members had a pleasant surprised that both the PMO and the Senior Ministers office took time to reply.
Think Centre thanks the Prime Minister for taking time to reply to a civil society organization.
Think Centre also thanks the Prime Minister for his "best wishes for a successful event" - the First Singapore Seminar on the International Criminal Court on 28 August 2004.
Think Centre also thanks Senior Minister Goh for his reply.
Think Centre understands both the Prime Minister and Senior Minister are very busy.
Think Centre and the speakers for the Seminar which includes a coordinator of the International NGO Coalition for the International Criminal Court do wish to meet at least official of the government during the seminar. We like to express our sincere thanks and exchange views on the theme of the seminar.
Think Centre hopes that officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affair and Ministry of Law could participate in the seminar and share their viewpoints.
